Summer Fun - in the Springtime!

Last week Ella and Hannah got to enjoy the changing weather. We did a lot of playing at the park and Ella even got to wear her new Ariel swimming suit in the park fountain. She also wears her new suit around the house if I let her. Over the weekend we went to the Italian Fair at the library with our friends where they had a face painter and a balloon artist. Ella, of course, got an Ariel balloon and ... you guessed it, an Ariel painted on her hand. She is devoted. Ella also had her first real babysitter that night, while Aaron was at the Monster Truck show and I had a girl's night out with friends (I took Hannah with me). Her babysitter said she got a little sad after a while and missed mommy, but she was a good girl.

I can't believe that she was already in the water...how fun! I am glad you told me what that balloon was because I couldn't figure it out! Robin, you really do need to get out more without the kids....it's healthy for you mama! I can't believe that Ella has never been babysat:) You are such a good mom.

Rach,
Ha, ha - I know I need to let go. I'm surprised the babysitter didn't have to pry my fingers off of Ella when I was leaving! No, really she's had babysitters before, but it's always been my sister or friends who I swap nights with and who have kids for her to play with. This is the first time I've left her with a real "babysitter" who she didn't know before. You are just spoiled because you have like 50 family members within 10 miles!

Robbo-I noticed on your blog you had Becky Royer, well I went into her blog and noticed Mark and Miki, I tried to peek, but it was for invited blog stalkers only. So maybe you could talk to becky and have her mention to Mark that I would love to see their family. Anyway, if you get what I am asking I would love it if you would help me. thanks, sonya
